The number can be 917 because the 7 is in the 1s place because it said the 7 is in the least place value and the 9 is in the 100s place because it said the 9 has to be in the highest place value. and it said what number can it be so i just added the 1 and my guess is 917.

  2.   Ally Says:

The number could be 917 because in the problem it said the nine has to be in the highest place value digit and the problem also said that the seven has to be in the lowest place value digit.then I just added a one in the tens place.

  3.   Logan Says:

917 because it says the least value and 1 is the least besides 0

  4.   Emily Says:

It could be 917 because it says least place value
and it also says 9 and 7 are in places so you add
a least number not 0 so it 1.

  5.   Natalie Says:

The anwser is 917.I got that anwser is 917 because 9 is in the most greatest and the most least one is.And a one.
